These Terms govern your use of scrollandlearn, a private capture and handbook product for saving sources, generating transcripts and summaries, and organizing lessons.

By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You keep ownership of the notes, media, links, files, transcripts, summaries, chapters, and lessons you create or upload.

You grant scrollandlearn the limited permission needed to host, process, transcribe, summarize, organize, display, and back up your content to provide the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or process any content you submit.

scrollandlearn can attempt to capture public sources such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, X/Twitter, Facebook Reels, and web articles when access allows it.

Third-party platforms can block, rate-limit, remove, or change access to content at any time. If direct processing fails, the service may save public metadata and ask you to upload the original source file.

You may not use scrollandlearn to bypass paywalls, access private content without permission, violate third-party terms, or infringe intellectual property rights.

AI-generated transcripts, summaries, titles, categories, and lesson suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it for decisions.

Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-violating content.

Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its providers.

Do not use the service to process highly sensitive data unless you have confirmed that your plan, configuration, and legal requirements allow it.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Starter may include a first-month trial, after which it continues at the listed monthly price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Creator and Power are paid subscription tiers with higher capture, transcription, and AI credit limits.

You can manage billing or cancel through the app billing controls when a Stripe subscription is connected. Plan limits, pricing, and features may change with notice where required.

Unless required by law or stated separately, fees are non-refundable once charged.

scrollandlearn may change, suspend, or discontinue features, supported sources, pricing, or limits as the product evolves.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific processing results, or availability of any third-party platform integration.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and retain information. By using the service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, or misuse the service.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, scrollandlearn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
